Magnetic Cabinet Iron Remover Series

product characteristic :

The magnetic bar of the machine adopt stronger rare earth permanent magnet or oxidational magnetic iron as the source of magnet. Compared with the electromagnetic iron machine, it can save power consumption. Using super magnetic force, it sort out the tiny iron impurity, so as to protect the next mineral processing separator equipment and enhance the purity of material. The strong magnetic intensity of magnetic bar has *5 mm diameter of with surface of magnetic field intension for more than ****0 gauss which make the iron removal convenient and quick, the air cylinder pull the magnetic bar layer by layer and the magnetic material absorbed on the magnetic bar will drop off automatically with continuous work. The material can continue to work when draw the iron elimination piece by piece while having no need to stop feeding. On both ends of the magnetic bar, it can be made according to the requirements, like threaded holes, screw holes, flying rings, conical point and so on, which is convenient for installation and fixity.

Operation process:

Mineral grains feeded into the mouth of the magnetic bar box. When the mineral particles go through its permanent magnetic bar in a magnetic box, the magnetic materials concluded in the mineral grains are absorbed on the bar because of the magnetic force. And the non-magnetic mineral grains magnet discharge from the discharging mouth, meanwhile it pull the permanent magnetic bar through a cylinder device layer by layer, at the same time, the ferromagnetic material absorbed on the permanent magnetic bar can automatic separate from the mouth of iron removal.

Application scope
